What Nurturly is
Nurturly is a baby journal app for parents. It helps you log feeds, sleep, diapers, and milestones. It is not medical software and does not provide health advice.
Your account
You need an email address to create an account for backups. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Nurturly.
Your data
Everything you enter — logs, notes, photos — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Sanctuary for full details.
Acceptable use
Use Nurturly for its intended purpose: keeping a journal of your baby's daily life. Do not use the service to distribute harmful content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the app.
Nurturly Pro
Nurturly Pro is an optional paid subscription. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you can contact us if something went wrong.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, though we take every reasonable precaution.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Nurturly after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
