Export your data
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Export Data. You will receive a complete copy of all your logs, milestones, photos, and account information in a standard format. No waiting period, no approval needed.
Delete your data
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all logs, all milestones, all photos, and all encrypted backups from our servers. Deletion is completed within 24 hours and cannot be undone.
What happens after deletion
Once deleted, your data is gone. We do not retain copies, shadow profiles, or anonymized versions of your data. Backups stored on our EU servers are purged within 24 hours.
Partial deletion
You can delete individual logs, milestones, or photos from within the app at any time without deleting your entire account.
